Based on the provisions of the disclosure and transparency system for the entities subject to the supervision and control of the Syrian Securities and Financial Markets Authority issued by Resolution No. /110/ dated 24/04/2019, especially Article 7 of it, Circular No. (15/) was issued, which includes setting a deadline for submitting disclosures for the first quarter of 2022 on an exceptional basis.
