The Board of Commissioners of the Syrian Commission on Financial Markets and Securities issued Decision No. (188) dated 15/11/2022 amending the nominal value of the share and approving the shares to increase the capital of the Commercial Company for Industry and Refrigeration to be issued, and the number is /10,164/ shares, with a nominal value of /100/ SP. per share, with a total value of /1,016,400/ SP, so that the capital after the implementation of the increase becomes / 1,452,000/ SP, and the decision specified the date of distribution of the aforementioned shares (as free shares) to the shareholders registered in the company’s records as they are at the end of Tuesday, 29/11/2022, each according to his contribution to the capital
